Tasting notes

Nose Elegant aromas of roasted sweet potato, honey, ripe pear, and subtle floral notes with a hint of toasted grain. Palate Smooth and well-rounded, offering sweet roasted sweet potato, gentle caramel, soft fruit, and a rich umami character. Finish Long, clean, and warming, with lingering sweetness, earthy minerality, and delicate spice.
