Description
Unfiltered sake version of “Zaku Megumi no Tomo” which won SAKE COMPETITION 8th place in Junmai Ginjo category.
It has a refreshing aroma and taste reminiscent of green apples. Immediately after opening, the ultra-fine carbonic acid that pops with bubble wrap creates a refreshing taste.
As time goes by, the carbonic acid feeling fades, and at the same time, a rich flavour appears.

Tasting notes
Nose: Elegant aromas of pear, white peach, melon, and white flowers, with subtle notes of fresh rice and citrus. Palate: Silky and vibrant, offering ripe orchard fruit, gentle rice sweetness, lively acidity, and refined umami. Bottled directly after pressing, it retains a delicate natural sparkle that enhances its freshness and purity. The "M" is based on Megumi no Tomo, preserving the lively character of freshly pressed sake. Finish: Long, clean, and refreshing, with lingering fruit, soft minerality, and a crisp, elegant finish.
