Description
A bright and approachable Junmai Ginjo with elegant aromas of orchard fruit and flowers. Its silky texture, refreshing acidity, and clean finish make it an exceptionally versatile sake for both Japanese and modern cuisine.
This sake is a collaboration with an artist, Eri who is a daughter of Tatsuro Yamashita and Mariya Takeuchi.
Produced by Masuda Shuzo, Toyama Japan
Founded 1893 in the city Iwase in Toyama prefecture at the Japanese west coast. The area is famous for its excellent cuisine based on fish and seafood. The sakes of the Masuizumi brewery pair very well with this cuisine.
