Description

A complete aromatic intensity rings with tones which reveal

a surprising transparency. This high-quality sake has a subtle

flinty taste with an almost electric vitality on the palate that

expresses the authenticity of the rice variety.

Goes very well with mineral rich food such as oysters, scallops.

Award:

the Gold winner of International Wine Challenge 2018

Produced by Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten

Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten was established by Seizaburo Shimizu in 1869.
