Description
This sake is made with Bangai Omachi rice which means out of classification rice.
Sake using out of classification rice is called Futsu-shu even if it is made with just rice (Junmai).
Using Omachi rice from brewery’s own field, very limited about Bangai rice becomes beautiful affordable sake.
Clean and refreshing on the nose, with a jewel-like quality to the fruit aromas. Crisp with a touch of fruit sweetness on the palate, with a clean finish.
Produced by Toshimori Shuzo
Toshimori Shuzo is a brewery located in Akaiwa- city (former Karube village) of Okayama Prefecture, and founded in 1868. We are not a big brewery, but have been in pursuit of “Authentic local sake” and have brewed sake that only we can make.
