Japanese craft beer from Nagano. A well-balanced Japanese IPA that combines vibrant citrus and tropical hop aromas with a smooth malt backbone. Refreshing and flavourful, it delivers a clean, crisp finish with a satisfying bitterness, making it an excellent companion to bold and spicy dishes.

Tasting notes
Appearance: Deep golden amber with a persistent white head. Nose: Bright aromas of grapefruit, citrus peel, tropical fruit, and pine, supported by a light malt backbone. Palate: Medium-bodied and well-balanced, featuring vibrant hop flavours of citrus and stone fruit, complemented by gentle caramel malt and a clean bitterness. Finish: Crisp, dry, and refreshing, with lingering hop bitterness and notes of citrus zest.
Serving
Suggestions: Serve at 7–10°C. Ideal in an IPA or tulip glass to enhance its hop aroma.
