New style sake which has high acidity, apple acid and sake lactic acid with lower alcohol.
Recommended to serve chilled in wine glass with seabream sashimi or delicate vegetable dish to enhance its taste.

Tasting notes
Nose: Fresh aromas of ripe pear, melon, steamed rice, and subtle white flowers. Palate: Rich and full-bodied with notes of orchard fruit, rice sweetness, balanced umami, and a smooth, creamy texture. Finish: Long, clean, and well-balanced, with lingering fruit, gentle richness, and a crisp finish.
