Japanese Gin
Craft gin born from the mountains of Akita.
It is finished as a compound gin using Kuromoji, a traditional Japanese herb, and slightly sweet birch sap, based on prototype recipe No. 65. Enjoy its gentle flavor and the refreshing sensation derived from botanicals.
Part of the proceeds supports mountain conservation to protect the botanicals’ natural habitat.
